The Super Otter can haul 23 skydivers to over 13,500' in less than 20 minutes. It is a short takeoff and landing aircraft, and has very good flight characteristics at low airspeeds. That makes for a comfortable transition into the air for skydivers. The door is located far enough foreword so jumpers will not affect the Center of gravity adversely when they climb out.
